Canada Hockey Networks
Did anybody else from the Detroit area go through this?

I lost the CBC feed just after the 2nd period ended. Absolutely drove me crazy! I watched the rest on NBC but I’ve never liked the way our networks cover hockey and always have watched the Wings on Hockey night in Canada.

NBC cut away from the celebration on the ice before it was over and went to commercials while they were still skating around with the Cup. CBC NEVER does that. Just bothered me a little that’s all. I’ve never had that problem and I’ve taped every single Finals game the Wings have played in since 95. Every other station on Comcast (that’s probably the problem right there) worked fine.

Also……anyone see the post-game that WDIV was running with all the interviews? Katrina Hancock was talking to all these guys on the ice while they still had their skates on and she was STILL taller than some of them! Found that to be kinda funny.

I watched everything on CBC because the NBC commentary drives me crazy and I never lost the feed, thankfully. After CBC finished their coverage, then I turned to NBC. Katrina Hancock even said a couple of times that because she was taller, she was able to see over everybody and find the good players to interview, which amused me to no end, especially when they had her drinking out of the cup. That cracked me up when she did that!

And yes, I have Comcast too and the feeds always go out on me.
