Ccm Hockey Skates Vector
Should I buy Bauer Vapor XXX Skates or CCM Vector 10.0 SE hockey skates?
Skates are too personal to rely on others to tell which to buy. If you buy skates that aren’t comfortable or do not fit right, your skating will suffer and so will your game. I would strongly recommend trying both on in at least 2 sizes each and walking around with them in the store for a few minutes. If you have somewhere in your area with knowledgeable sales people then pick their brains about the various skates in your price range.
Personally, I’ve only purchased CCM once to date with Easton and Bauer (now Nike Bauer) being purchased more regularly. This is partially due to pricing. I’ve had better luck finding Bauer and Easton skates on sale where I live. I didn’t see any real benefit with regards to durability with the CCM over any of the others.
Bottom line, get some professional guidance. Make sure to try some on. Then choose what is most comfortable for you based on what’s important to you.
