Easton Hockey Skates Fitting
help with ice skates fitting.?

Hi, im from the UK and im after some new ice skates for hockey and im buying online from the US, im buying some easton synergys and just bought some at size 7 from a UK site which were just too small and was told i need a 7.5, the US site has 7.5 and 8, my question is when i was told i need a 7.5, is that standard UK size or eastons own sizing system, and then would size 7.5 from the US site be 7.5 US size, or 7.5 easton’s size.

Thanks

Every brand of skates has their own method of sizing. Most hockey skates in the US run 1 to 1 1/2 sizes smaller then shoe size. Check out Easton’s website for sizing information. Hockeymonkey.com also has a pretty good sizing chart.
