Field Hockey Sticks Sizing
what are the advantages and disadvantages of a light hockey stick? (field hockey)?
i want to get a new hockey stick and i know the size i want, but it comes in three different weights, light, super-light and medium. i was wondering are their any good points to having a light stick; like easier to swing or should i just go with the medium weight? thanks James
a lighter stick is easier to dodge with,its better if your an offensive player. a heavier stick gets more weight behind your swings,and is more ideal for a defensive player who must clear the ball out of the circle.basically,it depends on your position
