The New Jersey Devils are a hockey player on ice professional based in East Rutherford, New Jersey. They are members of the Division Eastern Atlantic Conference National Hockey League (NHL). Despite this setback, the team returned to the finals of the Eastern Conference during the lockout shortened 1994-95 season. They were able to defeat the Philadelphia Flyers four games to two. They won the Grand favored Detroit Red Wings and has managed to win the first New jersey-ever Stanley Cup, and First Professional degree sports championship in the history of the state. Claude Lemieux received the Conn Smythe Trophy as MVP of the playoffs. The Devils have set a record in the NHL Published 11 road victories in the playoffs. The Devils reached the summit again in 1999-00 and managed to win the Stanley Cup for the second time. The defeated defending champion Dallas Stars in six games.
