Hockey Skates Blade Replacement

How do you determine “Blade Hollow” for Hockey skates?
I have T’Blade skates and the replacement blades asks for my hollow.
How do I know what hollow to get for speed?
In general, the shallower the hollow, the faster you go. In the NHL, most of the players are going towards a 3/4 inch hollow. That’s pretty shallow, and unless you’re used to skating on a shallower hollow, you may want to work up to that. More standard is 3/8 or 1/2 inch. Once you’re comfortable with 1/2 inch, try inching up towards 3/4, but only go up 1/16 at a time.
