Hockey Skates Hurting Feet
Why does the arch of my foot hurt in my hockey skate? Will baking them help?
The pain gets to be almost unbearable in my arch after 5 minutes of being on the ice. I am flat-footed this also happens in my roller blades. Will baking my hockey skates help? or are there any other ways to help?
