how can i get into womens hockey?
i’ve been figure skating for most of my life and im sick of it. it costs to much and my mom said hockey would be a good outlet for my anger. i’ve tryed hockey skates and i can skate pretty fast on them. theres no womens hockey leagues at my rink. help?
Start off playing co-ed. Learn by taking the lessons. Because you can figure skate that is a big start. But still take lesson on how to play. Then play pick up. If there are no women’s teams then start one yourself. Get together with the rink and post it up that you want to start a women’s league. That what we did. Now we have six women’s team. You have to start somewhere. Good luck.
