Can someone explain how Flex in a hockey stick on ice work?

Ok, I understand why a hockey stick is bent, but in my case, as I'm tall but not too heavy (60kg) how much flex is what I want in my dough, I'm an attacker favorite fast wrist shot and launch beaten, all this make a difference in the amount of bending, otherwise. Can someone explain what it does? Can someone explain what it does? Edit: Ok, I understand what I need JST know what the average, as is the largest number, the more difficult, or vice versa? Edit: Ok, I understand what JST I need to know what the number means, and is the largest number, drive or vice versa? I'm sorry about that, I DNT additional details work remains

The number of flex is how many pounds of force needed to bend the stem of an inch for most brands. Guerrero is something really weird, where higher is more flexible, and it is really non-intuitive. No really a good measure intuitive in the amount of bending the sticks have. Usually for someone like you is a deviation of about half its weight is recommended. That would be 65 for you to go a little harder (more rigid, strongest) and get a stick 75 flex. If you're in a lot of shots that I Smack That 85 or even 100. I guess that is about 60K 130 pounds, which is on the right … But all this is personal preference. I use a 85 and I'm 135 pounds. But I'm strong enough, so that you can bend a stick if I want.
