I used a Recchi curve for the last year or less (not I remember what I did before) and I noticed that many of my shots go higher than I wanted. You do not know if a product of my goal, or whether a different curvature would work for me. I like how does the curve in terms of spending (I'm pretty a playmaker, but I would not mind to check more often). I am looking roller hockey specific. The playing surface is made of plastic tiles if makes no difference. In addition, I find it much easier to reach corners in practice and in an empty, but in game situations that tend to fail the net high and wide. I do not have to speak up, but I think it is more of a problem myself with my stick.
you should try different curves. I tried 5 different curves and I settled with a Sakic curve because I can wristed Evil obtain. 10 i play in a season of 11 goals last season (with a Forsberg curve) with 20 goals this season (with a Sakic curve). It also has to do with practice. Maybe make a couple of pickup games a week. It took years for my backhand down and is still not 100% compatible. As for the curve but try maybe a Drury curve. And another thing to look to find the right lie. The lie is the angle between the shaft and shovel and to see with how your body would normally have your stick. This can also affect your shot. Another factor is the distortion of the stem, which according to its description I think you should use 85 to 90 flex. The only way to really know what is best for you is to try a lot of sticks.
