Anyoine can you recommend some good advice and equipment to icing. I like working on shooting and stickhandleing and speed (front and rear). Basically, everything! Thank you for more specific help for the plans, I want to work on accuracy rather than firepower, including obtaining the highest frame. I had too many occasions where I achieved a goal, because I could not do on the goalkeeper. I am defenses, such as a high slap shot may also help.
