So I played hockey outdoors for a while, and I never had a problem finding team, but I am very frustrated because I just joined a club for a winter game and it seems none of my team is good! The two things I care about are my gloves and my stick. My staff G121 is a division of fiberglass, shown here http://www.360athletics.com/field-hockey-sticks-balls-FSB_G121.html. And the glove is a plain outdoor all weather glove. The club has stated explicitly that sticks in and the gloves must be purchased.
