Inline Hockey Skates Mission

Inline Hockey Question……?
I have Mission Hi-Lo skates. Do i have to do a 72mm/80mm set up or can i do a 76mm/80mm set up or a 68/59 set up? Is it gonna come out uneven? Im not sure.
You could probably change the diameter of the wheels, but you will need to do a bit of math first….
72mm wheels are 8mm smaller that 80mm wheels overall. Devide that by 2, and you get a wheel center difference of 4mm.
If you were to change the wheel size, you would need to put wheels with a 4mm wheel center difference in them.
76/80 is only a 2mm difference.
68/59 is a 4.5mm difference. This set up would be closer to the original 4mm difference in wheel centers.
I am curious, why are you thinking of changing the wheel sizes? The manufacturer designed those skates to work with those wheels. If you change them, you could upset the balance, or dynamics of how your skates perform…..
Just something to think about….
Good luck,
Steve.
