How do you bake hockey skates?

I have a pair of Mission Fuel Freeze hockey skates.
Now all I want is to know how to do this, not people saying that it shouldn’t be done. Unless there have been people that have done this and have had problems with it with the SAME pair of skates.
I have heard lots of information on this but have been getting mixed info.
what do you put the skates on
do you have to move them around half way through

those kinds of things…

thanks

Please do not listen to the first answer, it is flawed.

Yes, the skates are heat moldable, but only for 7 minutes.
After the skates are heated, put them on and tie them up TIGHT. The reason for this is you want as much of a wrap around your foot as possible, for maximum molding. Stay seated THROUGHOUT the heating process (10-15 minutes). The reason for this is that if you walk around, your foot can shift out of place and get an improper mold, and also, your ankles can bend and you will be left with space on either side of you ankle, and no support.

I would recommend bringing them into a shop, not doing them at home. That way, there is less risk of getting it wrong.
