Can anyone provide a link that leads to a manual of instructions on assembling Mission Inline Hockey Skates heat?

I Mission Hockey rollerblading and would like to know exactly how adequate thermal heat. If someone has a link or manual, please let me know. Thank you.

Missions and have undergone a heat treatment by the store I bought it and I did not like the way they fit. I went to a shop that specializes in sharpening skates and perfectly thereafter. Everything is in time to cook and what you do when you are training your foot. I think Thiwa site will help.
