Replacement Hockey Netting
Where to get hockey netting?
I know that they sell replacement Hockey Nets but I want just the netting. I built a custom size hockey net and need to cover it with a net. What do you all think I should do?
A friend of mine from Newfoundland recommends fish netting, as it resists very well to various elements (rain, sleet, snow, wind) and is very strong. Otherwise get something as dense as possible, like what they use in volleyball, soccer and lacrosse nets. If it’s too thin it will fray and/or tear easily, particularly if you use pucks.
