What is the difference between inline skates normal, and "Roller Hockey" skates?
That's all.
Hockey skates are safety boots (cons accidents, and then hits hard) and will be stronger because of the abuse they receive. Hockey skates are generally have smaller wheels and shorter wheelbase to run more easily. Some wheels can tilt manuevering ability even more.
